Guided Cruise on Concarneau Bay

You already know the Old City, with its walls, a famous Concarneau monument, but have you seen it from the sea ?
Departure from the fisherman port, for a guided cruise, with Vedettes de l’Odet company. The cruise begins by the marina . This port welcome every two years a special nautic event. : The Concarneau SAint Bath Transat. This race, wrap around by well-known skippers, facing the Atlantic Ocean to join Saint Barth island.
The cruise continues with the discovery of Concarneau seaport infrastructures. Shipyards and dry docks for ships construction and rebuilding, fish production industries, and of course the Fish Market, where fishes are sold early on the morning. The naval activity is steel important, even if the glorious fishing years belongs to the past. To have an overview on Concarneau’s Bay, the boat set sail for a good iodized breath ! A 180°c view is opening in front of you.
On the west side, Beg Meil’s point. On the East side, Trevignon’s point. You will cross the coast by Kersau’s shackle, who protect some yachtmen, and the Cabellou point ; before returning by the ledge, where the Cross chapel stands alongside ancient and modern mansions.
